Abundance and the practical

Wealth

Wealth is the accumulated, tangible form of supply, the gold and goods that mind-power teachers hold to be the lawful outpicturing of right thought. In this tradition riches begin as an idea impressed upon a formless creative substance and ripen into the visible world through expectation and aligned action. Wealth is treated not as the opposite of spirit but as spirit made dense, a legitimate good for the one who keeps the inner channel open.

The teachers here, from the science-of-getting-rich writers to the prosperity-gospel preachers, insist that the desire for wealth is the desire for fuller life and need carry no shame. The work is to hold a clear mental image of the thing wanted, to feel already wealthy, and to act in a certain way toward it. Riches follow conviction, not the other way around.
By thought, the thing you want is brought to you; by action you receive it.
This creative power within you has no reasoning faculty. It cannot recognize the difference between the good and the bad. If you picture success, this power brings it. Picture failure, you will have it.
Faith is a spiritual force, a spiritual energy, a spiritual power. It is this force of faith which makes the laws of the spirit world function.
Our acts can be no wiser than our thoughts. Our thinking can be no wiser than our understanding.
