Visualization
Visualization is the deliberate building of an inner image, the holding of a mental picture until it takes on the solidity of fact. The power within you that enables you to form a thought-picture is the starting point of all there is; the image is the mold into which the creative substance flows. To visualize is to enter the theater of the mind and run the scene of the achieved end again and again, vividly, with detail, until the deeper mind accepts it as memory of the real. Dispenza adds that mental rehearsal, charged with elevated emotion, begins to wire the brain and body for the future before it arrives.
