Vibration
Vibration is the great secret hidden in plain sight: that nothing rests, that all things move, that the universe down to its finest grain is a sea of oscillation. The Hermeticists named it a fundamental principle, that the difference between matter, mind, and spirit is only a difference of rate. Every thought, every mood, every state of being carries its own vibration and broadcasts it outward like a tone. You are always vibrating, and the world answers in kind.

The teaching here is intimate and exact: by your inner state you set your vibration, and by your vibration you draw your like. To rise from fear to love, from contraction to joy, is literally to change your rate and so change what can reach you. The mind-power traditions return again and again to this practice of deliberately tuning the inner instrument, knowing that the felt tone you hold is the true cause behind the visible effect.
