Guidance
Guidance is the inner direction available to anyone who learns to ask and to listen. Within every human being, the teachers say, lies an infinite wisdom waiting to be led forth into manifestation, a knowing deeper than the calculating mind. It speaks in the still small voice, the one heard only when the surface noise is hushed. The art is not to acquire guidance from outside but to quiet the chatter until the voice already within can be heard, and then to obey it.

The practice is daily and humble: go into the silence, pose the question, wait, and discern. Orient the morning around a moment of receiving, and let the day be lived from it. The discipline of the seeker is to trust these promptings enough to act on them and to keep returning, so that the channel stays clear.
