Frequency
Frequency is the particular note you are sounding, the rate at which your energy vibrates in any given moment. If vibration is the universal fact that all things move, frequency is its personal expression: the difference between despair and elation, between fear and faith, is a difference of frequency. The teachers describe a felt scale that runs from the dense and heavy to the high and clear, and they insist that each state of consciousness has its own home note. You are never without a frequency; you are only ever aware or unaware of the one you carry.

The practice is to find your natural baseline of calm, clear presence and to return to it deliberately, again and again.
