Energy and vibration
Energy
Energy is the living current beneath all things, the one substance that the wisdom streams have named a thousand ways: prana in the yogis' breath, qi flowing through the Taoist meridians, ki in the healer's hands, the vital force of the Mesmerists, the spiritual power the Word of Faith calls upon. It is not metaphor here but the felt reality that you are an energetic being moving through an energetic world. Where matter seems still and separate, energy reveals everything as motion, exchange, and radiance.

To work with the mind is to work with energy: gathering it, conserving it, directing it, raising it. The teachers agree that attention is the valve through which your energy flows, and that what you charge with feeling grows strong. Cultivate your energy through breath, stillness, and love, and you become luminous; squander it in fear and conflict, and you dim. The seeker learns to tend the inner fire as the first and most practical art.
