The heart qualities
Allowing
Allowing is acceptance set in motion, the art of ceasing to push the river. It is the release of resistance so that what is already flowing toward you can arrive unobstructed. Where the striving mind grips and forces, the allowing heart relaxes its hold and lets life move through it, trusting that effort is not the same as force.

The Tao calls this wu wei, action without strain; Abraham-Hicks names it the Art of Allowing, the gentle alignment in which desire and reception meet. To allow is to open the valve, to soften the place inside that says no, and to let the natural unfolding complete itself. What you allow, you receive; what you resist, you hold in place.
