Abundance and the practical

Abundance

Abundance is the conviction that the universe is, at its root, generous, and that supply is the natural state of being rather than the exception. In this stream the cosmos is pictured as an overflowing source from which good of every kind flows freely to the one who is inwardly aligned to receive it. Lack is read not as the truth of things but as a contracted state of attention that can be released.

For the teachers gathered here, the practice of abundance is the practice of feeling rich before the evidence arrives, of living from the assumption of having rather than the ache of wanting. Gratitude, vision, and a relaxed, allowing posture are its hallmarks. To shift into abundance is less to get than to recognise a supply that was always present and to let it move through one's life.
That which is like unto itself, is drawn.
There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Money represents Supply. It stands in our thought, for food, clothing and shelter; for books, pictures and companionship; for enjoyment, unfoldment and expression.
