Marisa Peer
Reprogramming core beliefs around the message ‘I am enough’
The transmission
Marisa Peer (b. 1957) is a British therapist, author, and speaker who pioneered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and founded the “I Am Enough” movement.
She trained in London, moved to Los Angeles at 21 where she worked in the fitness world before building a therapy practice, and returned to London in 1988. Over decades of practice she developed RTT as a hybrid method that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and neuroscience to find and rewrite the root causes of persistent problems.
She has trained large numbers of practitioners in the method and built a wide public following through books, talks, and a heavily watched online channel. Peer’s significance for the mind-power lineage lies in her sharp focus on a single foundational belief: that the deepest driver of human suffering is the conviction of not being “enough,” and that installing the opposite belief — “I am enough” — reprograms identity at the root.
Her work is a contemporary, mass-market expression of the conviction that belief precedes circumstance and that the subconscious can be deliberately re-impressed through hypnotic suggestion and repetition. By packaging this into a named, transmissible method and a memetic slogan, she carries the suggestion lineage into the modern self-improvement mainstream.
