The Bridge to Freedom

Geraldine Innocente (1903–1961) was an American spiritual teacher who served as the “messenger” for the Ascended Masters El Morya and Saint Germain and founded The Bridge to Freedom (originally the Bridge to Freedom Activity) in 1952.

Her organization formed a crucial link in the chain of ascended-master movements that ran from the Ballards’ I AM Activity to the Prophets’ Summit Lighthouse. Through Innocente’s “dictations,” the Bridge to Freedom released a large body of teaching attributed to the Masters, refining decree practice and the cosmology of the spiritual hierarchy.

Mark L. Prophet was associated with this milieu before founding his own Summit Lighthouse, making Innocente an important transitional figure whose work directly shaped the later, larger movement.

Transitional messenger lineage: Carried the I AM messenger tradition forward, bridging the Ballards and the Prophets.

  • Refined decree teachings: Elaborated the spoken-decree science and ascended-master cosmology.
  • Hierarchy systematization: Helped detail the roster of Masters and their offices used by later groups.
  • Doctrinal seedbed: Provided teachings and structure that informed The Summit Lighthouse.

Influenced by: the I AM Activity and the Ballards; the Masters El Morya and Saint Germain (claimed).

  • Influenced: Mark L. Prophet and the Summit Lighthouse; later ascended-master messenger groups.
