The transmission
Lee Carroll (born 15 February 1944 in San Diego, California) is an American author and channel. After earning a business and economics degree and running a technical audio business in San Diego for some three decades, he reports beginning, in 1989, to channel a nonphysical entity he calls “Kryon,” described as a being “of magnetic service.” He states that he does not consciously remember the content delivered during channeling sessions and relies on others to transcribe and document the messages.
Over the following years he produced a large body of Kryon material across more than a dozen books. Carroll matters to the mind-power lineage as one of the most widely followed New Age channels of the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.
The Kryon teachings emphasise human spiritual evolution, the creative primacy of consciousness, free-will “soul choice,” and a benevolent, participatory cosmos. He also co-authored work introducing the “indigo children” concept, the claim of a new generation embodying an evolutionary shift in consciousness.
He was invited on several occasions to present Kryon channelings at a United Nations-chartered group in New York. Presented faithfully and without endorsement of the metaphysical claims, his sincere experiment is the channeling format itself: the offering of teachings he attributes to a source beyond ordinary personality.
