Shamanic Tapping And Release (S.T.A.R.)
Identify the fear, doubt, or limiting belief blocking a desire and release it through breath, tapping, and spoken acknowledgement — so resistance stops ‘disrupting your vibration.
S.T.A.R. in 5 beats: Name the limiting belief blocking your desire. Say it honestly. Breathe deep to start the release. Tap while voicing the let-go, in rounds, until the charge drops. Then re-aim toward the wanted feeling — and take the next practical step. Clearing is preparation, not a guarantee.
What it is
This is Robert Zink’s resistance-clearing practice — the “remove the blocks” half of his manifesting work, taught as Shamanic Tapping And Release (the S.T.A.R.
System) through Law of Attraction Solutions and “Miracle Hypnosis Online.” You identify the fear, doubt, or limiting belief standing between you and a desire, then release it through breath work and a tapping-and-release sequence, on the premise that this “shifts your vibration and changes your energy field.” Zink presents it as “different from EFT tapping,” with a heavier emphasis on breath and full clearing of “past pain and blocks.” The honest core is naming an inner obstacle and discharging its emotional charge through a paced, somatic self-soothing ritual. It rests on the conviction that letting go of resistance is what lets the desire through (The Inner Creates the Outer), that belief shapes what you expect and pursue (The Inner Creates the Outer), and the tradition’s energy/vibration language (The Inner Creates the Outer).
Distinct from the siblings in this lineage. This lineage is full of releasing methods —. Zink’s S.T.A.R. is specifically: (1) a tapping protocol (so its mechanics resemble ) but (2) framed as shamanic/“energy-clearing” with front-loaded breath work, and (3) explicitly yoked to Law-of-Attraction manifesting — you clear so the desire is “magnetically drawn to you” (see his ). Where the Sedona Method asks releasing questions and EFT taps meridian points, Zink’s signature is the breath-led shamanic framing aimed at a manifesting goal.
The Method
A faithful representative protocol, drawn from Zink’s public S.T.A.R. teaching:
- Name the block. Identify the specific fear, doubt, or limiting belief in the way of your desire (“I’m not good enough for this,” “money is hard,” “they’ll never come back”).
- Acknowledge it honestly. Speak it plainly rather than suppressing it — bring the resistance into the open.
- Breathe to clear. Use deep, deliberate breath work to begin discharging the “past pain and blocks” — Zink front-loads breathing more than standard EFT.
- Tap and release. Tap while voicing the release, letting the emotional charge of the belief drain — repeated rounds until it feels lighter or neutral.
- Check and repeat. Notice whether the belief still carries a sting; run further rounds on what remains.
- Replace and re-aim. Once cleared, turn toward the desired state — affirm or feel the positive outcome, so the cleared space is filled with the wanted belief/feeling.
- Detach and act. Let go of needing it, and take the next practical step. (Sourcing note: “Shamanic Tapping And Release,” “S.T.A.R.,” “different from EFT tapping,” “clearing of past pain, and blocks,” and “shift your vibration” are Zink’s terms, attributed; the steps are a faithful paraphrase of his publicly taught approach, not a reproduction of any copyrighted program.)
Source & Lineage
The system was created and is taught by Robert Zink (with Rachael Zink) through Law of Attraction Solutions and Miracle Hypnosis Online.
It blends EFT-style tapping with Zink’s shamanic / ceremonial-magick (“energy,” “vibration”) vocabulary and his Golden Dawn lineage. → Voice node. As a tapping method it descends from Gary Craig’s EFT; as a releasing method it sits beside Sedona, Levenson, and Hale Dwoskin.
Common refinements
Vague targets. Tapping on “I feel bad” does little; name the specific belief and the situation it attaches to.
- Affirming over a live block. Forcing positive statements while the resistance is still charged just papers over it — clear first, then re-aim.
- Treating it as a vending machine. Clearing is not a guarantee; pair it with real action.
- Over-reaching into trauma. Deep “past pain” work can flood — go gently, and route serious distress to a qualified professional.
- Refinement: after a round, write the single belief you cleared and the one action it was blocking — then take it.
