Attention & Focus · “You Become What You Hold”
QE Intention
After settling into pure awareness / the Eufeeling, to lightly form an intention and then let it go into the aware stillness — favouring the calm rather than straining toward the outcome.
In 4 lines: Settle into silent awareness and the Eufeeling first. Have your wish as one light thought — then let it go into the stillness. Rest again in the calm; favour the feeling, not the object. Then act on what’s yours to do. The release-the-strain part is real; “it manifests” is not.
What it is
QE Intention is Frank Kinslow’s approach to wanting something — and it inverts the usual effort. Where Law-of-Attraction practice tells you to intensify desire (visualise hard, feel it strongly, hold the focus), Kinslow teaches the opposite: settle first into pure awareness / the Eufeeling, then lightly form the intention and immediately let it go into the aware stillness.
The practitioner’s job is not to drive the outcome but to favour the Eufeeling and trust the silent awareness to do the work. Kinslow frames it provocatively: the object you want “will not fulfil your desire” — what fulfils it is “pure Eufeeling” itself, so once you are resting in that, “the desire of all desires is fulfilled.” > Distinct from his other practices. Quantum Entrainment is becoming aware of awareness; Finding the Eufeeling is noticing and favouring the calm felt-tone.
QE Intention adds one light step on top: introduce a wish, then release it — effort-free goal-holding rather than effort-full manifesting.
The Method
A faithful rendering of QE Intention as Kinslow teaches it:
- Settle into awareness / Eufeeling first. Do the QE move — drop attention to pure awareness — and let the quiet Eufeeling surface. This is the precondition; the intention is introduced from stillness, not from a busy, wanting mind.
- Form the intention once, lightly. Have a single, simple thought of what you’d like — Kinslow’s pattern (illustrated by his “Growing Finger” exercise) is to make one clear thought of the desire, e.g. “the promotion,” without elaborate visualising or repetition.
- Let it go immediately. Don’t hold, push, or repeat it. “You just simply have the idea of the promotion or the desire and then let it go.” Release it into the aware stillness.
- Return to favouring the Eufeeling. Drop the wanting and rest again in the calm wellbeing. The Eufeeling — not the object — is treated as what you were really after.
- Take ordinary action as it arises. Kinslow does not frame this as a substitute for doing; you rest, release, and then act on what is yours to do, without the anxious grip. (Faithful summary, not a reproduction of copyrighted material. “Will not fulfil your desire,” “pure Eufeeling,” “the desire of all desires is fulfilled,” and “have the idea. and then let it go” are Kinslow’s published/recorded phrasings, attributed.)
Source & Lineage
Frank Kinslow developed QE Intention as part of Quantum Entrainment and made it central to The Secret of Quantum Living and Eufeeling!.
It explicitly positions itself against effortful Law of Attraction (Byrne’s “visualise and feel,” ) and aligns instead with the release-to-receive stream — Neville’s “let go” after assuming the wish fulfilled, the Sedona Method’s “could you let it go?”, and surrender-based prayer.
Its distinctive signature is resting in a named felt-state and treating the feeling, not the object, as the fulfilment..
Common refinements
Skipping the settling step. Forming the intention from a busy, grasping mind makes it ordinary effortful wanting. The whole point is to release from stillness.
- Secretly still pushing. “Letting go” while monitoring for results every five minutes is not letting go. Genuine release means returning attention to the Eufeeling, not the outcome.
- Treating it as a substitute for action. Releasing a desire is not a plan. Use it to steady yourself, then take the real steps the goal requires.
- Magical-thinking drift. Don’t read ordinary coincidences as proof the technique “worked”; keep expectations modest and your judgment intact.
