Embodiment  ·  “Being Precedes Having”

Amanda Frances's Vibration of Money

To deliberately generate and hold the felt emotional state of already being wealthy and supported — ‘abundant, taken care of, overflowing’ — before any external evidence, so that one acts and decides from that state.

Beginner-Intermediate ~2 min per sitting, 2-3 times daily Contemporary New Thought / Law-Of-Attraction Money Coaching
Vibration of money in 5 lines: Two minutes, 2-3 times a day, deliberately generate the feelings of already having it — expanded, relieved, supported, taken care of, so abundant. Spark the feeling with “it’s mine, it worked, it happened — of course it did.” Feel it before you have any reason to. Don’t fight the fear; let the good feeling expand over it. Then make your money decisions and do your work from that state.

Amanda Frances teaches that money has an energy and frequency and that the work of attracting it is to become “an energetic match” — to feel the way you’d feel if you already had it, in advance of any reason to.

Where her affirmations work on belief through words, this practice works directly on felt emotional state: you deliberately generate the body-sensations of being wealthy, safe, supported, and overflowing, and hold that state for a couple of minutes at a time.

Her sharpest instruction captures the whole thing: “Most importantly, you feel all of this before you have any reason to.” This is an embodiment/state-cultivation practice — a money-specific cousin of Neville’s “feeling is the secret” and Abraham-Hicks’ emotional-guidance work.

Synthesised from Rich as Fck* and her vibration/frequency teachings:

  1. Pick the felt state, not the stuff. The target isn’t a Lamborghini image — it’s the emotions of having arrived. Frances’s named list: “expanded, excited, relieved, deeply loved, supported, connected, taken care of, so effing abundant.” Choose the ones that ring truest for you.
  2. Sit for ~2 minutes and generate the feeling deliberately. Several times a day (she suggests 2-3 short sittings), you intentionally think the thoughts and feel the emotions of already having your financial desire. Two minutes is enough — it’s frequency of practice, not length, that matters.
  3. Use “it already happened” thoughts as triggers. To spark the feeling, she gives sample inner lines to think: “Holy Cuss Words. It’s mine. It worked. I did it. It happened,” and “Of course it happened. How could it have been any other way.” These are emotional primers, not affirmations to grind — they’re there to flip the feeling on.
  4. Feel it in the body, before evidence. The core discipline: generate the felt sense of abundance now, with no bank statement to justify it. “You feel all of this before you have any reason to.” This is the part that distinguishes it from ordinary daydreaming — it’s a chosen emotional state, held on purpose.
  5. Let positive expand over negative — don’t fight the negative. Frances frames it gently: “The positive thoughts will begin to expand and overtake the negative thoughts.” You’re not suppressing fear by force; you’re repeatedly returning attention to the abundant feeling until it grows the louder.
  6. Then act and decide from that state. The held feeling is meant to become the place you operate from — making money decisions, doing the work, charging your worth, receiving — rather than from scarcity and panic. (Sourcing note: the emotion list and the “Holy Cuss Words… it happened” / “feel all of this before you have any reason to” lines are Frances’s documented wording, attributed. The step framing is faithful paraphrase.)

Amanda Frances built this out of mainstream Law-of-Attraction teaching — especially the Abraham-Hicks premise that emotion is your point of attraction and you reach for the better-feeling thought — applied tightly to money.

Its deeper root is Neville Goddard’s “feeling is the secret”: assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Frances’s contribution is to make it blunt, short, repeatable, and money-specific, with a concrete emotion vocabulary.

Neville — “feeling is the secret” / wish fulfilled — the foundational version: occupy the feeling of already having it.

  • Abraham-Hicks emotional guidance / reaching for the better-feeling thought — emotion as the lever; Frances’s direct contemporary lineage.
  • Embodiment / state-akin practices — deliberately entering and holding a chosen state.
  • Mood induction (psychology) — the lab version of deliberately generating an emotional state.
  • Gratitude practice — a reliable on-ramp to the “supported, taken care of” feeling.

Forcing positivity over real fear (spiritual bypassing). Cranking “I feel abundant” on top of acute money terror tends to backfire. Acknowledge the fear, then reach for the better feeling — as Frances frames it, let it expand over, not deny.

  • Chasing the stuff instead of the feeling. Visualising objects without the emotion misses the mechanism; the felt state is the target.
  • Making sittings long and effortful. Two relaxed minutes done often beats a strained half-hour. Effortful straining (cf. Coué’s law of reversed effort) is counterproductive.
  • Feeling abundant, then spending recklessly. The state is meant to inform wiser money behaviour, not impulsive splurging.
  • Stopping at the feeling. Frances pairs the state with decision and action; the feeling is the operating posture, not the finish line.
