What it was
The Association for Research and Enlightenment was founded in 1931 to house and explore the more than 14,000 trance readings of Edgar Cayce on health, reincarnation, dreams and prophecy. It remains an active centre for study of his material and of holistic and psychic phenomena.
Its place in the lineage
The institutional keeper of America’s most famous psychic legacy — a major channel of reincarnation and holistic-health ideas into the New Age.
