How To

How To

attract money and abundance

Most people chase money from a feeling of lack, and that very feeling keeps repelling it. Money is energy that follows attention and self-worth, and the mind that already feels wealthy moves differently in the world, which is where every path below works.

The Neville Path — live in the wealth now
Neville Goddard

Imagination creates reality. The mind that assumes the feeling of being provided for, rather than wanting it, begins to attract the conditions that match it.

The exercise
  1. Tonight, relax into a drowsy, half-asleep state.
  2. Pick a short scene that implies you already have the money you want, such as paying a bill with ease or thanking someone.
  3. Enter it from the inside, feeling the relief and gratitude as real.
  4. Repeat the scene until it feels natural.
  5. Fall asleep in that feeling.

The New Thought Path — affirm prosperity
Catherine Ponder / Florence Scovel Shinn

Words spoken with conviction shape the inner climate. Replacing thoughts of lack with steady statements of supply reorients the mind toward what is already available.

The exercise
  1. Each morning, stand and say one prosperity statement aloud, such as ‘I am open to receiving abundance in expected and unexpected ways.’
  2. Repeat it slowly three times, feeling each word.
  3. When a thought of lack arises during the day, gently restate the affirmation.
  4. End the day by noting one form of supply that actually showed up.
  5. Repeat daily for at least a week.
→ Practice: Affirmations
The Clearing Path — release the money block
Inner-work / belief-clearing tradition

Old beliefs that money is scarce or bad quietly run the show. Naming and softening these stories frees you to receive without resistance.

The exercise
  1. Write the sentence ‘Money is ___’ and finish it fast, ten times, without thinking.
  2. Read the list and circle the beliefs that feel heavy or fearful.
  3. For each one, ask: is this absolutely true, and who taught it to me?
  4. Write a kinder, truer replacement for each.
  5. Keep the new list where you will see it daily.

Abundance is not chased, it is allowed. Whether you assume it, affirm it, or clear what blocks it, you are tuning the same instrument: a mind that feels worthy of being provided for.
