Huna & Ho'oponopono

Zero Limits presents the Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono practice to a worldwide self-help audience. Its central premise is total responsibility: everything appearing in one's experienced reality is one's own to clear, and the work of life is inward cleaning rather than outward action.

The practice is distilled into four phrases, "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," addressed inwardly to the Divine to erase the memories replaying as one's problems. Around this method the book sets a widely circulated account of a psychologist who reportedly helped heal hospitalized patients by cleaning the parts of himself that resonated with their conditions.

Within the Huna and ho'oponopono tradition the work carried Morrnah Simeona's teaching to the global manifestation and self-help culture, reframing problem-solving as the continuous clearing of inner memory-programs.

In its words

It's not your fault but it is your responsibility.

The purpose of life is to be restored back to Love, moment to moment.

Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, from finances to relationships, there's only one place to look: inside yourself.

It turns out loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself.
